Fit: This garment is designed according to the sizing chart. It is not intended to be worn tighter or looser, as it is not a fashion garment but one made for performance.

Tip: When measuring any circumference, place two fingertips inside the tape measure against your skin to allow for ease. 

Waist: Measure around your waist, placing the tape over your belly button.

High Hips: Measure around your Hips, placing the tape on the tips of your Hip bones.

Low Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your seat. The tape will be aligned with your Groin and around the widest part of your backside. 

This performance garment is designed to be worn as specified. Choosing a tighter or looser fit is your preference, but it may affect the performance of the Shorts.

Using your Body Measurements for Shorts

For this elasticated design, it’s important to use your body measurements to ensure the best fit. Reference garments are not suitable due to the flexible sizing of these shorts. 

High Hips: Measure around your hips, placing the tape measure on the tips of your hip bones. This is where the shorts are designed to sit.

Low Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your seat. The tape measure should align with your groin and wrap around the widest part of your backside.

Outseam: This measurement helps you understand the length of the 3/4 shorts. However, for the most accurate representation, refer to the model images. Measure from the top of your high hips (at the hip bones) down to the desired length on your leg.

Note: A common mistake is to measure the waist at the belly button, but these shorts are designed to be worn at the high hips, which are located at your hip bones. Ensure your measurements reflect this placement.
